About Me:
Hello, my name is Traci Franklin. I am working on my M.Ed as well as my teaching certificate. I have a B.S. in psychology from UGA with a minor and statistics. I am originally from Tennessee but I have lived in Athens most of my life. I graduated from Cedar Shoals High School here in town. I worked in a restaurant in Athens for over five years. As much as I loved my coworkers, I can't wait until I graduate and start my teaching career. In my free time, I enjoy watching tv and movies and going to concerts. I am currently trying to learn to play the guitar and keyboard. I enjoy riding around on my Yamaha V-Star motorcycle. I love sports and am a die hard Atlanta Braves fan. My brother and I have held season tickets the past two seasons. I also love playing with my three dogs, Murphy, Haley, and Asta. Murphy is a golden retriever and Haley is a border collie/pit bull mix. Asta is a terrier mix who showed up on our doorstep a couple months ago looking rather homeless. I also have a cat named Magnum who loves to play fetch.
